Calmness, quiet, tranquility… It is often precisely through silence that we are able to grasp the beauty of what is around us, the beauty of the gift of life and of what is hidden in our daily gestures. In silence we pray, meditate and learn to give a name to the things we experience. Silence is a great gift that often gives way to “listening to the heart”, giving us unexpected answers.
