Garden

Paradise comes from the ancient Persian language and means “garden”, the perfect place for creatures, people included. Because of this ancestral belief, people have always designed gardens as places of peace or work, aiming to find in these spaces a harmony with nature that has been lost elsewhere. It would be appropriate to think of all creation as the garden-paradise that God has prepared for us to make us understand the importance of preserving it and multiplying its immense gifts in peace and justice (LS124).
